Refund policy

1. General Policy 
Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are limited. 

 

 

2. Eligible Returns 
Returns are accepted only if: 
• Product is damaged during transit 
• Incorrect product was delivered 

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items 
• Custom-made or personalized products 
• Wallpaper printed on demand 
• Used or installed products 

 

 

4. Refund Process 
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days 
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method 
5. Replacement Policy 
• In case of damage or defect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund 

 

 

6. Cancellation Policy 
• Orders can be canceled only before production/shipping begins 
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once processing starts
